Construction Has Commenced at Folia

Mirvac is thrilled to announce that construction has commenced on the second chapter at Apartments of Tullamore, the highly anticipated Folia building.

Folia continues the design excellence of Tullamore and is an evolution of the successful neighbouring Phoenix apartment building, which was completed in June 2019.

Folia construction is anticipated for completion in April 2021.
