I bought a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at Folia and live here with my wife, Charmayne, and our small corgi, Billy. We were looking at purchasing an apartment in the area and found that Tullamore was the only place that left a positive impression on us.

When Jay Ding from Mirvac first showed us the apartment we were blown away – it exceeded our expectations for an apartment building and we were impressed that the final product was almost identical to the renders. You could tell the apartment had been specially designed and carefully considered. Our apartment looks over Doncaster Road and we have expansive views of the CBD, Westfield Doncaster and the incredible landscaping at Tullamore.

It is easy to walk our dog around the community as there are so many parks. We’re conveniently located near the café, gym and it is a short drive to Westfield Doncaster to buy our groceries. There’s also a bus station right in front of us, making it even easier. It is so beautiful in this community and we feel so relaxed every time we enter Tullamore. We love how tidy and clean it is! We really feel like we purchased a community rather than a standalone apartment.
